No mountains in your yard?

You love our contemporary C.1 or C.2 home plans, but don’t have a sloped site or the need to raise this house on stilts? Well here it is – the C.3.

Just like the C.2 it offers a master suite with a second bedroom wing. This makes this home an ideal place for a couple that has a guest room to offer. Or an extra bedroom for a child.

This would work especially well for older children, since this second bedroom is on the opposite end from the master suite and close to the entry. With its own bathroom the bedroom is a wing to itself creating the perfect privacy and access for the not-so-empty-nesters.

Being designed for a flat site, we made use of the situation and are giving you polished concrete floors for this one to give you the full contemporary home feel.

The exposed wood glulams above and large banks of windows give you plenty of warm touches to work well with these floors. You can add pigments to the concrete floor finishes to get the look just right for your taste.

C.3 is a version of C.1, placing it on a flat site. Just like C.2 it does not have an open basement. With the staircase omitted and replaced it with a bedroom, it turns this contemporary home into a two bedroom house for a flat site.

The modern amenities of this home plan match those of the C.1 with a large open floor plan and a gorgeous master suite wing that has a funky ZEN like bathroom connection. Large decks and terraces as well as banks of 8 foot tall windows make this contemporary home plan ideal for beautiful views. On the interior you will find exposed wood beams and curved open steel trusses.
